Tendriv is built on a Canadian data residency model. Your profiles, drafts, and organizational data are stored and processed exclusively in Canadian data centres. We are transparent about exactly what goes where.
What that means for you:
- Your profiles, drafts, and organizational data are stored in Canadian data centres
- User data AI processing (draft generation, profile analysis) runs on Canadian infrastructure
- Public RFX document analysis may use US-hosted AI for superior extraction quality — no user data is included
- Payment processing is handled by a PCI DSS-certified processor and is the only service that touches financial data

Infrastructure Providers
Tendriv's infrastructure is operated by cloud providers incorporated in the United States (AWS, Google Cloud, Vercel). All customer data is configured to reside in Canadian regions. While Canadian data residency is enforced at the infrastructure level, these providers are subject to US legal jurisdiction including the CLOUD Act. Tendriv claims Canadian data residency, not full legal data sovereignty.
