Data Residency
All customer data — profiles, drafts, and organizational records — is stored and processed exclusively in Canadian data centres (Supabase ca-central-1, Vercel yul1). Infrastructure is operated by cloud providers incorporated in the United States. Tendriv claims Canadian data residency, not full legal data sovereignty.
AI Processing Architecture
User data, profiles, and draft generation are processed exclusively on Canadian infrastructure (Google Cloud northamerica-northeast1, Montreal). Government RFX document analysis (Shredder) uses Anthropic Claude for superior extraction quality. RFX documents are publicly available Canadian government solicitations. No user-identifying data is included in this processing.
Data Sources
Tendriv uses publicly available procurement data licensed under the Open Government Licence — Canada. We make no warranty as to the completeness or accuracy of underlying government data.
Security Posture
SOC 2 Type II audit preparation is in progress. Our architecture is designed for Protected B-equivalent data residency requirements. Encryption at rest and in transit on all systems.
